Mississippi Pot Roast
3-4 lb roast
1 packet Ranch seasoning
1 packet Au Jus seasoning
1 stick unsalted butter
5-6 pepperoncini peppers
⅓ c. Juice from peppers
Place ingredients in Crock-Pot on cook on low 6-8 hours. It will make its own gravy. Serve over mashed potatoes.
